Enrollment Policy

This policy outlines the steps and requirements for enrolling in any Lotus River Wellness program.

Application Process:

Enrollment begins by submitting an application form and any required fees. Acceptance into any program is confirmed in writing.

Eligibility:

Applicants must meet any prerequisites listed for the program (for example, age requirements or prior experience).

Deposits & Payments:

A deposit may be required to hold your place in the program. Full payment or an approved payment plan must be arranged prior to the start date.

Required Forms:

Before beginning, all students must complete required agreements, waivers, and intake forms.

Program Start:

Enrollment is complete when all required forms are submitted, and payment arrangements are confirmed.
