Refund Policy

Upon receiving an acceptance email, students will owe a deposit of 50% the price of their program to hold their space in desired program. Remaining balance is due 14-days before Students Class Start Date.  Balance must be paid in full to receive Training Manual.

From your deposit, $500 is non-refundable, and non-transferable up to fourteen (14) days before the start date.  Cancellation notices received after fourteen (14) days of the start of the training program will result in forfeiture of entire deposit paid.

Transfer requests to the same training offered at a different time, but within one year of original class start date, will result in a $300 transfer fee.

The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training begins.  The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins.  In that case, any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.

Admission Denials:

An applicant who is denied admission will receive an email from LRW with feedback and encourage them to apply at a later date.

Cancellations Within the First Week of Training:

Any applicant who submits written notice of cancellation of accepted program within the first 7-days of training is only eligible to apply balance towards a future training program within the same year.  Also, applicant would be subject to transfer fees.

Special Cases:

If a student needs to withdraw from accepted program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, Lotus River Wellness, LLC will use its discretion on a case-by-case basis to transfer student to a future class in the same fiscal year.  The program will not give any refunds after training begins.

Bad Conduct:

No refunds will be given if the program removes a student for bad conduct.  Bad conduct is a violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.
