Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Cancellation Policy:​

Withdrawals from the program must be made in writing by emailing:  Programs@LotusRiverWellness.org

​

Please let us know as soon as possible of any cancellation or transfer.

 

From your deposit, $500 is non-refundable, and non-transferable up to fourteen (14) days before the start date.  Cancellation notices received after fourteen (14) days of the start of the training program will result in forfeiture of entire deposit paid.

 

After the program begins, students may only transfer credit (no refunds after the program begins), for any unused amount, with an additional transfer fee of $300.

Transfer Policy:

You may transfer to another LRW teacher training program, but please be familiar with the transfer policy.  Also, if you are enrolled under a special/bonus offer, we cannot guarantee that the same special will be available at the time of transfer.  

 

Our $300 Transfer fee is a non-refundable, one-time transfer fee that must be paid prior to un-enrolling and re-enrolling into another LRW program.
