Cancellation, Transfer & Program Reactivation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Withdrawals from a Lotus River Wellness training program must be submitted in writing by emailing: Media@LotusRiverWellness.org
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or transfer your enrollment.
Upon acceptance into a program, students are required to submit a deposit to hold their place in the training.
$500 of the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable up to fourteen (14) days before the program start date.
Cancellation notices received after fourteen (14) days of the training start date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit paid.
Once a training program has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Transfer Policy
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another Lotus River Wellness training program.
If transferring to a different training date or cohort, students must follow the transfer process outlined below.
A non-refundable, one-time transfer fee of $300 is required prior to unenrolling from a current program and re-enrolling into another LRW program.
Please note:
-
Transfers move any remaining program credit to the new training.
-
Students enrolled under special pricing or bonus offers may not be guaranteed the same promotional terms at the time of transfer.
-
All remaining program requirements must still be completed in order to graduate and receive certification.
Program Reactivation Policy
Lotus River Wellness training programs include one (1) year of access to the student learning platform from the program start date.
If a student does not complete their training within the allotted access period, program access will expire.
Students who wish to continue their training after their access has expired may request Program Reactivation.
Reactivation allows the student to:
-
Restore access to the training platform
-
Retain previously submitted assignments and completed coursework
-
Continue progressing toward graduation requirements
A one-time $300 transfer/reactivation fee is required before course access can be restored.
Once reactivated, students will receive access to the current version of the training curriculum and may continue working toward completion of the program requirements, including coursework, the final exam, and any required practicum hours.
Students who complete all program requirements remain eligible to register with Yoga Alliance, where applicable.
Lotus River Wellness reserves the right to review reactivation requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations involving illness, pregnancy, family circumstances, military transitions, or other significant life events.
If you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact: Media@LotusRiverWellness.org.
