This self-paced, 85-hour program blends modern science, ancient traditions, somatic awareness, trauma-informed education, and practical facilitation skills. All designed to prepare you to confidently lead individuals and groups through breathwork experiences that are safe, ethical, and deeply impactful.

Whether you’re brand-new to breathwork or building on an existing yoga, wellness, or coaching practice, this training gives you a complete foundation. You’ll explore the history and lineage of breathwork, nervous system physiology, regulation and activation principles, contraindications, ethics, and how to guide altered breath states with competence and care.
Every lesson is intentionally designed to help you grow your skillset as a facilitator, not just your personal practice. Through experiential learning, guided demonstrations, trauma-aware frameworks, practice teaching, and structured feedback, you’ll learn how to hold space, sequence sessions, cue effectively, guide emotional releases, and integrate clients safely.

You’ll also develop the professional readiness needed to support real people: documentation, liability considerations, consent, intake forms, red-flags screening, and how to stay within your scope of practice.
By the end of the program, you’ll be fully prepared to facilitate a range of breathwork styles (including 24 core techniques), create meaningful group experiences, and build a practice that reflects your unique energy, mission, and community.
