At Lotus River Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the conditions and process for returning or exchanging items purchased from us.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within [3] days of the delivery date.

Digital products, downloadable content, and event/program enrollments are non-refundable (please refer to our Refund Policy for details).
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as used yoga mats, opened personal care items, and customized goods cannot be returned.
Process for Returns & Exchanges:

Contact us at media@lotusriverwellness.org to request a return or exchange authorization.

Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
