
Payment Plan Agreement

Lotus River Wellness offers payment plans to make our programs and products more accessible. This agreement outlines the terms and responsibilities for students or customers who choose to pay in installments.
Payment Schedule:
All installment dates and amounts will be provided in writing at the time of enrollment or purchase.
Authorization:
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Lotus River Wellness to automatically charge the payment method provided on the agreed-upon dates.
Late or Missed Payments:
Late payments may result in additional fees. If a payment is missed, program access may be suspended until the account is brought current.
Program Completion:
Full payment must be made before certification, product delivery, or program completion is granted.
Cancellation:
If you cancel your enrollment, the standard Cancellation and Refund Policies will apply to your payment plan balance.
